A Counter Staple

We use the Chili Pepper oil so often it doesn't leave the kitchen counter. From spicing up salmon to eggs and drizzling over pizza or meats prior to roasting this oil provides just enough quality chili flavor and heat for two people who usual disagree about spiciness. These oils are perfectly infused with flavor and are a go to when I want to elevate otherwise traditional seasoning combinations.
