Okay, so it's not really bacon - it's vegan and therefore simply bacon-flavored, but it is perfect for adding a bit of smoky depth to fried or sauteed foods. This heart healthy alternative has a perfctly balanced smokiness and pleasant bacon flavor, with no messy clean-up.   All the positive aspects of bacon with the health benefits of olive oil.

Salad Dressing

I mix this with the Hickory Balsamic for a great dressing for spinach salad. Sweet, smoky and delicious!

I love this bacon oil and use it on everything! My roasted vegetables are now a family favorite since I started using this oil in them. It makes my hash browns nice and crispy with a nice smoky flavor, my husbands favorite.
