Super fresh!  Just received from Greece, pressed in November 2015.This certified organic (no fertilizers or sprays) is an extra virgin olive oil obtained from the Koroneiki varietal olive trees from the states of Korinthia and Lakonia located on the Mani peninsula in Greece. The estate on which this wonderful olive oil is produced has been owned by the same family since 1860. It has an underlying sweetness with an earthy, peppery honey note. Compliments pastas, seafood and salads. Delightful! Pairs well with all of our Balsamic Vinegars and Wine Vinegars.

This is my absolute favorite oil! It is so fresh and delicious, I use it on everything. I have never found an oil as delicious as this one! I can saute with it, put it on my salad and my kids request it as a snack with their bread after school.
