Salad with Walnut Oil Dressing

Mixed greens (no iceberg lettuce)
1 cup OLIVE MILL Roasted walnut oil
4 T. OLIVE MILL Black Currant balsamic
1 T. maple syrup
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. Michigan dried cherries
1/3 c. roasted walnuts (broken, but not crushed)

Shake oil, vinegar and syrup together until thoroughly mixed. Toss on fresh greens until lightly coated. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle cherries and walnuts on salad plates.

Black Currant Balsamic

Sweet, fruity currant flavor with a hint of licorice aftertaste. Very smoooooth finish.
