Glazed Chicken Breasts with Pineapple Preserves

4 chicken breast halves
Salt and pepper
2 T. flour
2 T. OLIVE MILL Organic olive oil
½ cup pineapple preserves
2 T. OLIVE MILL White Pineapple Balsamic
1 cup chicken broth
4 green onions, thinly sliced

Pound the chicken gently to thin evenly.  Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour.  Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.  Brown chicken until brown on each side.  Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and bring to a boil.  Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.  Cover, reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
