Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Red Onion

40 oz. brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
1 red onion, quartered and thinly sliced
3 T. OLIVE MILL olive oil, such as Ascalana
1 t. sugar
1 t. salt
¼ t. pepper
1 T. OLIVE MILL White Lemon Balsamic

Preheat oven to 350.  Line jellyroll pan with oil.  In a large bowl toss sprouts, onion, oil, sugar and seasonings.  Spread in pan.  Roast 35 minutes stirring halfway through.  Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic, toss well.
