Banana Bread

¾ cup OLIVE MILL walnut oil
2 eggs
1 c. flour
½ c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
½ t. salt
1 c. whole wheat flour
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1 t. vanilla
½ c. shelled walnuts, coarsely chopped (optional)

Preheat oven to 350. Grease pan. Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time beating well. Add flour, baking soda and salt together. Stir in flour. Fold in bananas, vanilla and walnuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until cake tester comes clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes.

Substitute butter or shortening in any recipe with our nut oils.

Great on fresh green beans or salads.

Baste your turkey and put in your stuffing!
