Low Fat Caesar Salad Dressing

1 clove garlic, crushed
½ c. low-fat mayonnaise
2 T OLIVE MILL red wine vinegar
2 t. Dijon mustard
2 t. white wine
Dash of worchestershire sauce
¼ t. black pepper

Blend in food processor. Chill at least one hour before serving.
