Apple Salad with Maple-Mustard Vinaigrette

9 cups torn mixed salad greens
2 large tart apples, chopped
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Dressing:  ¼ cup OLIVE MILL Red Apple Balsamic
                2 T. OLIVE MILL Olive oil or Walnut oil
                2 T. maple syrup
                2 T. spicy brown mustard
                Salt and pepper

In a large bowl, combine greens, apples, onion and walnuts.  In a small bowl whisk the dressing ingredients.  Drizzle over salad; toss to coat.
