Pear, Walnut and Blue Cheese Salad

1 cup salad greens
1 pear, cored and thinly sliced
1 oz. walnuts, toasted and chopped
½ oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1 T. OLIVE MILL Arbequina
2 t. OLIVE MILL Pear Balsamic
Salt and pepper

Put the salad greens in a bowl, and arrange the pears, walnuts and blue cheese on top. Mix in dressing ingredients together and whisk with a fork until emulsified. Pour over the salad and serve immediately.
