Spicy Roast Chicken

3 lb. whole chicken
2 T. Oregano olive oil
¼ t. salt and pepper
¼ t.each basil, paprika and cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 450. Rinse chicken and remove fat. Pat dry. Put chicken in baking pan. Rub with oil, mix seasoning together and sprinkle over chicken. Roast for 20 minutes, reduce heat to 400 and continue cooking for 40 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Let cool and serve.
