Pork Tenderloin with Oregano

¼ cup fresh lemon juice
2 t. fresh oregano
2 T. fresh parsley
2 pork tenderloins, about 12 oz. each, trimmed
1 T. OLIVE MILL Oregano oil
Salt and pepper.

In a large plastic bag, combine juice, oregano and parsley.  Add tenderloins, turning to coat.  Seal bag, refrigerate and marinate for 30 minutes.  Prepare grill for medium heat.  Remove tenderloins from bag, discarding marinade.  In cup, mix oil, salt and remaining.  Place tenderloin on grill and cook until browned on outside and juices run clear.  Thinly slice tenderloin to serve.
