Marinated Mozzarella

1 ld. Fresh mozzarella cheese
1 T. parsley, chopped
2 T. fresh basil, chopped
½ c. OLIVE MILL olive oil
2 t. lemon juice

Cut the mozzarella into 1" cubes. Place in a bowl. Add the parsley, basil, oil and lemon juice and toss to coat. Let sit at room temperature for 3-4 hours before serving.
