Cobb Salad with Chili-Lime Dressing

1 4 oz. can chopped green chilies, undrained
2/3 cup sour cream
¼  cup fresh cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped
2 T. OLIVE MILL Lime Oil
½ t. pepper
¼ t. hot pepper sauce
¼ t. salt
10 oz. romaine salad mix
16 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
4 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup chopped tomatoes
7 oz. diced cooked chicken breast
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
½ chopped red onion
1/3 cup real bacon bits

Place first 7 ingredients in a food processor; cover and process until blended.  Chill until serving.  In a large bowl, layer remaining ingredients.  Drizzle with dressing.
