Stuffed Figs with Honey Balsamic Syrup

1 pint fresh figs
4 oz. goat cheese
½ cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
4 T. honey
2 T. OLIVE MILL Lavender Balsamic

Slice the tips off figs and slice open to fill.  Mix together the goat cheese and walnuts.  Stuff a spoonful into each fig.  Mix the honey and balsamic together and drizzle over the figs.
