Slow Cooker Chile Verde

3 T.OLIVE MILL Jalapeno oil
½ cup onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 lbs. boneless pork shoulder, cubed
5 7 oz. cans green salsa
1 4 oz. can diced jalapeno peppers
1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes

Brown onion, garlic and cubed pork in oil until browned. Transfer to slow cooker and add remaining ingredients.  Cover and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
