Chocolate-Chipotle Sirloin Steak

3 T. OLIVE MILL chocolate Balsamic
1 T. chopped chipotle peppers in adobe sauce
4 t. Worcestershire sauce
2 t. brown sugar
½ t. salt
1 ½ lbs. beef top sirloin steak

Place balsamic, pepper Worcestershire, sugar and salt in food processer until blended.  Rub over beef.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.  Grill beef 8-10 minutes per side or until desired doneness.  Serve.
