Smoky Grilled Vegetables

1 eggplant, sliced into ½” rounds                              
2 large onions, peeled and sliced
2 red bell peppers, halved and seeded                 
4 T. OLIVE MILL garlic oil
2 yellow bell peppers, halved and seeded           
½ cup OLIVE MILL Hickory Balsamic
2 zucchini, sliced

Prepare vegetables in large bowl, toss with garlic oil and balsamic.  Place in basket and grill to desired doneness, tossing occasionally.
